Order Placement and Shipping Times: 

Orders submitted before 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on weekdays (Monday through Friday) undergo meticulous preparation and are dispatched on the very same day. This holds true for both same-day delivery and overnight express shipping requests. Kindly note that our shipping services exclusively operate from Monday to Friday. Regrettably, weekend and holiday deliveries are unavailable due to logistical constraints.

Processing and Location:

Generally, we process and ship orders from our facility located in Boca Raton. Orders placed before 2:00 PM within our operational hours (Monday-Friday) are shipped on the same day. Orders made after this time will be dispatched on the following business day.

Weekends and Holidays:

Please be aware that we do not conduct shipments on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Delivery Concerns:

In the event that your order status indicates "delivered," yet you have not received it for any reason, we kindly ask that you reach out to the carrier responsible for your shipment. It's important to note that we do not assume responsibility for packages shipped to the verified shipping address you provided.

Modifications and Cancellations:

If you require adjustments to or wish to cancel your order, we can accommodate your request within a 2-hour window from the time of order placement. Cancellations are free of charge and result in a full refund. However, modifications may incur additional costs based on the nature of the changes.

Tracking Your Shipment:

Once your order is dispatched, we will promptly furnish you with a tracking number for each individual package. This enables you to monitor the status and location of your shipment in real-time.

Return Shipping:

Should you need to return a product, please send it to: Mazaj Distribution - 6450 East Rogers Circle, Boca Raton, Florida 33487, United States . You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return of your item. These shipping expenses are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Lost in Transit:

In the unfortunate event that your product is lost in transit, please contact us at Info@mazajDistribution.com. Our customer care representative will respond within 24 to 48 hours to determine the appropriate course of action. Please be aware that only replacement products are available for items lost in transit, and no refunds will be issued.

Late Arrival of Packages:

While we make every effort to deliver your package on the specified date, we rely on third-party shipping carriers, which may occasionally result in delivery delays. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but wish to clarify that we cannot provide refunds or credits for packages arriving late.
